AWARENESS is a term describing how easily customers or prospective customers can recognize our brand or company through your marketing and advertising strategies. This is commonly know as brand awareness.
Why is brand awareness important?
The answer to this question is actually pretty simple. A customer has to know your company exists in order for them to use your services or buy your products!
Think about it: When you are really thirsty for a soda, is your first thought, "Man I really could go for an ice cold RC right now?" OR does a Coca Cola or Pepsi product immediately enter your mind? Usually, the later is the prevailing answer because we see their brands everywhere!
According to to Forbes, about 75% of customers stare they are more inclined to purchase from a company they already know and who knows their order history.
The more you use either SEO (search engine marketing), paid online ads, social media, or video marketing to place your brand in front of your potential customers, the higher the likelihood they will think of your company the next time they need either your service or product.
